The Office Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating the day-to-day facilities operations and maintaining an organized, best in class work environment.

This role is highly visible and is often the first point of contact for clients, employees, and guests.


  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and French

  • You are accountable

  • You are well organised, proactive and detail-oriented

  • You are able to work under pressure with a professional attitude.

  • You have an excellent command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
